When purchasing online: At Zuma Jays we offer a 30 Day No Hassle returns policy. The item must be unused, with the original tags still attached. Once we receive the item back we can either offer an exchange or a refund to the card the order was placed with. We are unable to refund the original or returns postage paid unless the product is deemed faulty by us. If no exchange is available or wanted against a faulty item we will then offer a full refund including the return postage.
