Delivery
All prices quoted are based on standard working days (Monday to Friday) excluding Bank Holidays. Small and medium packages will be sent Royal Mail, DHL or Evri. Larger packages and Surfboards will be sent via courier.
When ordering NEXT DAY delivery on a Friday (or after 12pm, our next day cut-off time, on Thursday), as our standard working days are Monday to Friday, your parcel will be delivered on Monday, not Saturday. If you need your parcel on Saturday we can do this, however Post Office Saturday Next Day Delivery rates do apply. Please get in touch if you require this service.
If ordering Next Day delivery after 12pm on Friday, or during the weekend, as our standard working days are Monday to Friday, your parcel will not be dispatched until Monday, and therefore won't be delivered until Tuesday.
We reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. In the unfortunate event a product is out of stock a member of our team will contact you. As a small independent surf shop we try to be as competitive as possible. Please contact us any time to discuss postage rates regarding our products.

Surfboards - £39.99 (Mainland UK only, Excluding SUP and Prone Paddle Boards)
To ensure that all boards arrive undamaged, all of our surfboards are now premium packed using FlexiHex. This is a plastic free alternative to bubble wrap which is completely re-usable. Please feel free to re-use it! We don't use FlexiHex with foamboards as it can be too coarse agaisnt the foam.

Islands and Highlands: Please see bottom of page. Due to the nature of varying postal charges we may quote all packages going outside of the UK mainland by phone or email. We also try to be as competitive as possible and will always try to do our customers a deal.

PLEASE NOTE: Please be aware that for international buyers import fees are not included in our postage and packaging cost, this only covers the costs of the items being sent to you. Import fees will be charged by Customs upon the arrival in the recipient country. Due to Brexit, this also applied to EU buyers. We advise checking the total import cost with Customs as this is not imformation we are able to accurately provide.
