When purchasing online: At Zuma Jays we offer a 30 Day No Hassle returns policy. The item must be unused, with the original tags still attached. Please then include your name or order number and the reason for returning inside the package. For any queries please email shop@zumajay.co.uk or ring us on 01288 354956.

We recommend sending the items via 2nd class recorded delivery to ensure the items are secure and protected against loss/damage.

Once we receive the item back we can either offer an exchange or a refund to the card the order was placed with. We are unable to refund the original or returns postage paid unless the product is deemed faulty by us.
