| Just as predicted we’ve got some huge swell! Over 10ft and pretty gusty onshore winds making it messy 17 sec wave period with a slight North Westerly wave direction The sun should be staying out with an air temp of 19’C and an 18.3’C sea temp There is some shelter inside Summerleaze this morning but after that it’ll be a write off Listen to the lifeguards advice and enter the water between 10am & 6pm when they’re on duty. If you ever find yourself in trouble in the water then wave for help, ‘Float to Live’ & swim parallel to the shore to escape a rip current. |

| The lifeguards are patrolling 10am-6pm on Summerleaze and Widemouth as well as Sandymouth, Crooklets, Blackrock, Northcott & Crackington Haven. So if you’re planning on getting in the water, make sure it’s one of these beaches!
