| We’ve got some crumbly 3ft sets on all the town beaches with Summerleaze doing it’s thing giving us some cleaner small waves in the bay 7 sec wave period with a Westerly wave direction Sunny patches with an air temp of 20’C and an 18’C sea temp If you haven’t jumped in already then wait for the tide to start to drop mid morning and then jump in, avoid the low tide late afternoon and always visit a lifeguarded beach |

| The lifeguards are patrolling 10am-6pm on Summerleaze and Widemouth as well as Sandymouth, Crooklets, Blackrock, Northcott & Crackington Haven. So if you’re planning on getting in the water, make sure it’s one of these beaches!
