Darrell's 9'4 design is lightly concaved with conventional rocker through the nose, which then flows into a flattened area right below the rider in the paddling position to allow efficient paddling and smooth wave selection. From there it moves into a rolled V, pronounced under foot to provide easy and smooth rail to rail transitions. Managing to deftly combine the delicate combination of those two critical design factors ensures that the board is the ultimate in versatile surfing, will all the characteristics of regular construction with regard to weight and stiffness, and the sturdiness of E-Comp technology!
