The Rat Skate is designed to be a small wave performer. Back when riding boards short and wide wasn't considered cool, this board was always called upon and has since become Ratboys "go-to" board for any wave type slightly overhead and below.

It's balanced template served as the conceptual basis for the outline of the F4. The Rat Skate features a subtle bump wing 12" from the tail to reduce the outline and surface area in and around the trailer fin

Swallow tail for quick, loose and responsive snap turns off the top

The Ratskate has the wide point exact center. This is a balanced template with a full nose and full tail. The subtle bump wing behind the fins brings in the outline under your back foot

Continuous rocker broadens the "sweet spot", increases turning ability and adds a "predictable" feel under your feet

Medium-full 50/50 rail that holds the wave face no matter where you lean the board. The hard edge behind the front fins give a crisp release
